In the center of the ring is a bezel set green sapphire (a setting where the stone is surrounded by a strip of gold). The sapphire is pear cut.
Three diamonds have been set adjacent to the rounded side of the pear cut stone.
You can wear the ring in two different ways, either with the diamonds at the top of the ring or at the bottom.
